Agreed equity or revenue-share position, documented before work starts, with clear scope, milestones and exit provisions on both sides.
The discipline
We take a small number of positions. Every one is chosen on unit economics, owner quality and headroom in the market, not on how much they could have paid us.
What we look for in a position
Proven demand
Real customers already paying real prices. We accelerate a working model, we do not validate an idea.
Margin headroom
Enough gross margin that additional volume compounds instead of straining the business.
Owner alignment
Founders who want a partner in the numbers, not a supplier to manage.
Search-addressable market
Intent exists and can be captured. If nobody is searching, equity is the wrong instrument.
Co-investors and operators
We speak with private investors, family offices and operators who want exposure to growth-stage Australian businesses through capability rather than cheques. Introductions to suitable businesses are always welcome.
