What we collect

When you submit a form, email us, or use one of our tools, we may collect your name, business name, email address, website, industry, location and the details you choose to include in your message. We do not ask for payment card details through this site.

We also collect standard technical information such as pages viewed, referring source, approximate location and device type.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, assess whether a partnership or engagement is a fit, deliver services you have requested, and improve the site. We may send follow-up communication about your enquiry. You can ask us to stop at any time.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and analytics tools, including Google Analytics and Google Ads tagging, to understand how the site is used and to measure advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, though some parts of the site may not work as intended.

Third parties

We use reputable service providers for hosting, email, analytics, advertising platforms and AI processing of content you submit to our tools. These providers may store data outside Australia. We only share personal information where it is necessary to deliver the service, or where required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Client account access

Where we work inside your advertising, analytics or search accounts, we access only what is required to do the work, under access you grant and can revoke at any time. Client data is treated as confidential and is never shared with other clients.

Storage and security

Information is stored on secured, access-controlled systems and retained only while it serves the purpose it was collected for, or as long as the law requires. No online transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what we hold.

Access, correction and complaints

You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email our privacy contact and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
